Each year we send a team of our best fieldcraft, map reading, first aid and shooting cadets to Sennybridge to compete in a challenging soldiering skills competition.  The first of several training events will be held as below:
Sunday 18 December 2011
0900-1600 hrs
Maindy Barracks
Bring packed lunch, notepad and pen, water bottle and trainers.

All cadets wishing to attend must be
  1. Over 14 years of age
  2. Physically fit
  3. Have full DPM (greens) clothing and decent combat boots.
This is the first of a series of training events leading up to the next competition in April 2012, and the latter part of the training will be a selection test to earn a place in the No.1 Welsh Wing teams.

You must take consent forms as shown below, and be at Maindy Barracks by 0830hrs on Sunday 18th December. You need to find your own way there this weekend if you want to go however due to Christmas committments for the staff.
